Biopharm Manufacturing Associate; GMP Cleaning Operations

💲 Pay Rate: $24.50/hour

🕒 12-hour shifts | 3-4 days/week | Every other weekend | Some night coverage required

Alphanumeric Systems is hiring a Biopharm Manufacturing Associate to support our long‑standing pharmaceutical client committed to improving lives through innovative medical and biopharmaceutical advancements.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining clean, compliant, and safe production, laboratory, and warehouse environments in accordance with GMP and safety standards.

• Follow all EHS procedures, PPE requirements, and safety standards
• Report incidents, accidents, and EHS concerns promptly (ZAPs, Stop for Safety participation)

• Perform GMP cleaning operations per site procedures
• Document cleaning activities accurately and timely
• Report deviations, abnormalities, and adverse events as required

• Adhere to site cleaning schedules and procedures
• Maintain 5S standards, cleanliness, and organization
• Ensure proper materials are procured and used for tasks
• Interact professionally with cross‑functional teams

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year GMP or sterile cleaning experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environments (or 5+ years equivalent experience)
• Prior pharmaceutical manufacturing experience strongly preferred

• cGMPs and regulatory guidelines
• Safety protocols and SOPs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• SAP/MERPS
• Syncade
• VQD
• Microsoft Office

• Must be eligible to work W2
• Must be able to work rotating shifts, nights, and every other weekend
