** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities appropriate to an aerospace and defense location.

+ Serve as the dispatch point for security-related communications by answering incoming calls, monitoring radio traffic, and coordinating officer response to alarms, service requests, and incidents.

+ Monitor and acknowledge security-related systems such as CCTV, intrusion alarms, and access control panels, and relay observed issues to on-site personnel and/or responding officers in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Create timely, detailed incident reports and dispatch logs, including documenting notifications, response actions, and follow-up communications per site policy.

+ Coordinate and document regular and random patrol activity by field officers around buildings, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity.

* + Maintain an active DoD Top Secret Clearance.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
