Security Officer - Dispatch Specialist Clearance Required

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access control requirements, and emergency response protocols at an aerospace and defense location;
Monitor security-related systems such as alarms, access control events, and video surveillance, then dispatch officers and/or maintenance or emergency resources according to post orders;
Receive and triage phone and radio communications, document calls for service, and coordinate responses in a calm, problem-solving manner during incidents and critical situations;
Maintain accurate logs and incident reports, including dispatch activity, key events, and notifications made to site contacts and/or public responders as required;
Coordinate and track regular and random patrol coverage around buildings and perimeter areas, communicating assignments and status updates to help to deter unauthorized activity
