Security Officer - Flex Entry Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Control access to the property by checking identification, verifying authorization, issuing visitor passes, and directing authorized individuals to the appropriate location;
Monitor access points and security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and visitor management tools, and document notable activity in required reports;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with evacuations and coordinating with Allied Universal leadership and/or local responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, tenant corridors, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns
