Security Officer - Flex Unarmed Rounds

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail sales floors, stock areas, common areas, and the perimeter to help to deter theft and/or disruptive activity while maintaining a professional presence;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including addressing alarms, disturbances, and medical situations, and requesting additional resources when needed;
Monitor access points and store entrances, observe for policy violations, and document and report suspicious activity, hazards, and incidents per site procedures;
Communicate clearly with client representatives, mall management and/or local responders as needed, complete required reports, and assist with customer directions and service requests
