** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. Familiarity with security protocols and procedures is essential.

** Alarm Panel Experience (B202):
** Experience with alarm panel systems is required. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of alarm monitoring and response procedures.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):
** Proficiency in using computers or tablets is necessary. Candidates should be comfortable navigating software applications and performing data entry tasks.

** CPR Certification (B205):
** Candidates must obtain CPR certification. Training will be provided free of charge by Allied Universal. Proof of certification must be submitted prior to employment.

** Customer Service Experience (B219):
** A background in customer service is preferred. Candidates should exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control protocols at an aerospace and defense billing operations location.

+ Dispatch security-related personnel to incidents, service requests, alarms, and critical situations, documenting activity and communicating updates to appropriate site contacts.

+ Monitor incoming calls, radio traffic, and electronic reporting systems; maintain clear, professional communications during routine and emergency situations.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications and support in accordance with site-specific procedures.

+ Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift records while helping to deter unauthorized activity through timely reporting and communication.
