Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Clearance Required Dispatch Operations in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will coordinate communications, monitor alarm and access activity, and dispatch appropriate resources in response to security-related needs. You will use technology to document events, support access control operations, and provide professional customer service while helping to deter incidents.

Pay Rate: $28.58 / Hour

- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Receive, prioritize, and dispatch routine and urgent service calls, alarms, and incident notifications to appropriate personnel.
- Monitor communication systems, maintain accurate dispatch logs, and document incidents, requests, and follow-up actions in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency responders as directed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, reporting observed irregularities and conditions requiring attention.
- An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
