- Access Control/Badge Experience (B201): Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management to ensure secure access to facilities.
- Alarm Panel Experience (B202): Familiarity with alarm panel systems is required to maintain safety and security measures within the organization.
- Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204): Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets, as these tools are essential for daily operations and communication.
- CPR Certification (B205): A valid CPR certification is required to ensure the safety and well-being of employees and clients in emergency situations.
- Customer Service Experience (B219): Candidates should possess relevant customer service experience to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.

- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Dispatch security-related personnel to incidents, service requests, alarms, and critical situations using established communication protocols and site procedures.
- Monitor incoming calls, radio traffic, alarms, and electronic systems; document incident details, dispatch actions, and follow-up information accurately.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating relevant information to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned business areas and perimeter locations, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.
- Possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
