• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

• Alarm Panel Experience (B202):Candidates must demonstrate experience in operating and managing alarm panel systems. This includes knowledge of alarm protocols, troubleshooting, and responding to alarm events.

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):Candidates should be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes familiarity with software applications, email communication, and data entry.

• CPR Certification (B205):Candidates must possess a valid CPR certification. This certification should be current and recognized by a reputable organization.

• Customer Service Experience (B219):Candidates should have a background in customer service, demonstrating strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent service to clients and customers.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor and coordinate dispatch communications, receive requests for assistance, document relevant details, and route calls, alarms, and incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communications with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor or delivery records, and other required documentation in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions, access concerns, and maintenance issues through established channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
