Summary

The Branch Security Officer ensures a secure environment for clients and employees while serving as a brand ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role combines security duties with back of house operations and supports store sales and service activities.

• Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees at all times
• Serve as first point of contact and brand ambassador for clients
• Support store sales by deepening client relationships and driving loyalty
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and other store operations tasks
• Partner with senior security and management to deter theft and report missing assets
• Respond to emergency situations and follow incident management procedures
• Perform daily inspections, alarm tests, key access checks and equipment checks
• Assist with facilities repairs and communicate issues to the store team

• High school diploma
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Experience in a retail or security environment preferred
• Minimum 1 year prior security related experience preferred
