** High School Diploma or GED (C137):

** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. Documentation or references verifying this experience should be included in the application.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):
** Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. This may include familiarity with software applications relevant to the position.

** CPR Certification (B205):

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense billing operations location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.

+ Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site policies.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency services as directed.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Prepare clear and accurate activity, incident, and daily reporting documentation, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

* + Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
