Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack & Quality Engineering
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and support scalable software applications. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with a strong background in full-stack development, software quality, databases, and the overall software development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable writing high-quality code while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable technical solutions.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain software applications.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through production support.
- Develop clean, scalable, and well-documented code that meets business and technical requirements.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and automated testing strategies.
- Collaborate with business analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Design and maintain relational database solutions and write SQL queries for application integration and data processing.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to software engineering best practices.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.
- Identify opportunities to reuse existing code and improve system architecture.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support the resolution of software defects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in software development, engineering, testing, or related technical roles.
- Strong experience with one or more of the following:
- Java
- .NET
- Node.js
- Ruby
- AngularJS
- Experience with HTML and CSS.
- Strong SQL and relational database experience.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
- Experience with software testing and quality assurance methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
