• Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and oversee program compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations.
• Ensure effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, and inventory levels.
• Model, enforce, and provide direction on customer service approaches to resolve customer needs within company guidelines.
• Oversee community outreach programs and encourage associates to participate.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal policies by analyzing reports, implementing loss prevention and safety controls, and reviewing safety and quality assurance.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm
  
  D; equivalence through FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license by job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in working with patients and healthcare providers.
• Experience analyzing data to improve pharmacy performance and patient outcomes.
• Financial acumen for business decision making.
• Capability to manage pharmacy operations and staff.
