Job Description- Greet and escort restaurant guests to their table based on the number ofpersons in their party and according to assigned stations.
- Answer phones and book reservations utilizing the company reservation system in accordance with established standards.
- Process payment transactions in accordance with established procedures.
- Assist with station assignments, rotating planning, and opening/closing/securing the room.
- Complete side work duties in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
- Six (6) months of experience as a host in a high volume and/or fine dining environment preferred.
- Must have excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized to effectively and efficiently multi-task.
- Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of a normal shift.
- Must be able to communicate (hear, speak, read, and write) in English.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any other necessary licenses and/or certifications.
