Administrator; Tools & Automation

Job Role: Project Coordinator.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years experience in Project Management with basic network technology concepts.
• Proficiency with Azure Dev Ops, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall project coordination.
• Schedule and help prioritize project resources.
• Create and track purchase orders.
• Track budget and keep it up to date.
• Work with multiple stakeholders and third-party vendors for smooth execution.
• Document processes and procedures.
• Report and track key deliverables.
• Report overall project status and health.
• Ensure service level contracts are in place with manufacturers.
• Raise support tickets in Microsoft ticketing tool.
• Open/close/track support tickets in various tools.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide support for on‑call escalations and root cause analysis of issues.
• Work on value‑adding activities such as knowledge base update & management, training freshers, coaching analysts.
• Independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA.
• Ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases.
