Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
- Lead workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and process mapping.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with architects, developers, QA, and business teams to ensure solution alignment.
- Manage project/program scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
- Lead UAT, business validation, and production rollout activities.
- Monitor program KPIs, milestones, and executive reporting.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to enterprise standards.
- Support change management, training, and stakeholder communications.

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
