About the RoleMountain Valley Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Clinical Services Manager supporting our homecare hospice teams.
This role combines clinical leadership, team support, and day-to-day operational oversight. You’ll work closely with clinical staff to ensure patients and families receive high-quality, compassionate care while helping teams stay organized, supported, and successful in the field.

What You’ll Do Support and Lead Clinical Teams- Partner with the Director of Patient Services to support RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
- Assist with staffing coordination, daily workflow management, and clinical operations
- Help maintain a positive, accountable, team-focused culture
- Review documentation and clinical workflows to support quality and compliance
- Assist with patient care coordination and problem resolution
- Provide clinical guidance and support to field staff as needed
- Mentor and support nurses and aides through coaching, education, and real-time problem solving
- Assist with onboarding and development of new team members
- Help staff grow in confidence, clinical judgment, and time management
- Collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, aides, and other team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Step in to support patient visits or urgent needs when necessary
- Help families navigate difficult moments with compassion and professionalism
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Previous leadership, charge nurse, hospice, or homecare experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm and compassionate
- Passion for leadership, teamwork, and patient-centered care
