Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 12-hour night shift rotation at Surry County Jail in North Carolina.
Includes a rotating schedule with every other weekend. You will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, assist with sick calls and chronic care, perform intake screenings, maintain records, and collaborate with RNs, providers, and custody staff.
