This position is responsible for assisting customers throughout the entire mural selection and quoting process for , a custom print-on-demand wall mural company. The role works directly with clients to understand their space, style, and vision, helping guide them to the perfect mural or assisting in the creation of a custom design for their interior design project.
Key responsibilities- Responding to customer inquiries
- Preparing accurate quotes
- Answering product and installation questions
- Providing thoughtful design guidance to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure projects move smoothly from concept to order
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, personable, and enjoys helping customers bring their spaces to life through custom wall art.
This is an in-person, full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday. The description notes the role’s in-person nature and full-time schedule.
