Merchandiser

Will service product in multiple stores and travel between them.

Supervisor of Merchandising

• Competitive wage $15 per hour, travel time between accounts included.
• Retention and/or referral bonus after 3 months. See Program Details for eligibility.

• Assigned stores are serviced on designated weekdays according to the established schedule.

Travel expected up to 100% of the time to cover territory.

• General merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask and detail‑oriented.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner.
• Adherence to the company’s attendance policy.
• Reliable transportation for travel.
• Able to use Movista and/or other company‑required applications.
• Have a personal cell phone and mobile device, such as a tablet.
• Proficient with Word, the internet, and email applications.

Contingent on a background check, 4‑panel drug test (does not include THC), and MVR clearance.

• Work within a retail environment to effectively merchandise products by applying appropriate store and/or corporate standards. Safely and efficiently replenish product. May assemble shelves/racks and display cases following measurement guidelines.
• Service all stores as scheduled within the allotted hours provided by Supervisor, Merchandising. Seek prior approval from Supervisor before working outside of scheduled hours.
• Contact Supervisor before working more than 10 hours in a workday or overtime.
• Accurately record work hours and other company‑related information using designated applications.
• Discuss duties requested by store personnel not listed herein with Supervisor before performing those duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Work stores as scheduled.
• Handle all product correctly, including returns.
• Follow planograms (POGs), flowcharts, etc.
• Regular communication with Supervisor.
• Develop relationships with store personnel.

• On the job the employee must: bend frequently, sit occasionally, squat frequently, stand frequently, walk frequently, climb occasionally, kneel frequently, push/pull frequently, handle objects (manual dexterity) frequently, reach above shoulder level occasionally, use fine finger movements occasionally.

• On the job the employee must: read/comprehend frequently, write frequently, perform calculations frequently, communicate orally frequently, reason and analyze frequently.

• On the job the employee: is not exposed to excessive noise, moving machinery, marked changes in temperature and/or humidity, dust, fumes, gases, radiation, microwave, drives motorized equipment, works in confined quarters.

• Light (up to 25 lbs.) frequently.
• Moderate (25‑50 lbs.) frequently.
• Heavy (over 50 lbs.) occasionally.
