Site Manager – Day Treatment

Youth Haven Services – Lawsonville, NC is seeking a Day Treatment Site Manager to support youth and families in achieving stability in homes and communities. The role involves providing direct care, skill‑building services, case coordination, and therapeutic interventions guided by Person‑Centered Plans.

• Provide direct support and skill building to youth with behavioral and mental health needs.
• Coordinate case management and therapeutic interventions in line with YHS and state guidelines.
• Supervise and train staff and volunteers.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with families and community resources.
• Prioritize tasks, multitask, and exercise sound judgment in a fast‑paced environment.

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Services; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years direct experience working with a mental health population.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of community resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with personal computer applications (Word, Excel, On Target), photocopier, and fax machine.
• Organizational, prioritization, flexibility, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to develop responsible decisions and exercise sound judgment.

Services are delivered at the assigned school.
