The City of Kingman is seeking a Street Maintenance Operations Supervisor to lead key maintenance and construction projects within our Public Works team. You will plan, schedule, and prioritize daily tasks, mentor a dedicated crew, and ensure work meets high standards and deadlines.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in construction/maintenance, 2 years of supervisory experience (public sector preferred), and a valid Arizona driver’s license.
