Compensation: $17.00 – $18.00/hour (Hourly) +

The Role:What You'll Do
We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to serve as the face and voice of our practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will set the tone for a positive, stress-free dental experience.
Whether you are an experienced administrative professional or someone with a strong background in customer service looking to break into the healthcare field, we provide the training and support you need to succeed!
Key Responsibilities:Patient Check-In & Welcome: Greet arriving patients with a friendly demeanor, verify patient information, and ensure smooth, timely appointment check-ins.
Phone Communications: Answer incoming multi-line phone calls, answer patient inquiries, screen calls, and route messages efficiently.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage and schedule patient appointments to optimize daily doctor and hygiene workflows.
Insurance Verification: Conduct routine insurance coverage checks and confirm patient benefits prior to scheduled appointments.
Office Coordination: Maintain a clean, organized front desk environment and assist with general clerical and administrative duties to support team operations.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills and comfort navigating digital schedules and administrative software.
No Dental Experience Needed: Prior dental or medical office experience is a plus, but not required! We are happy to train candidates who possess the right attitude, reliability, and customer service mindset.
