Assignment: New School Year (NSY)
Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher (SPED) for an upcoming New School Year (NSY) opportunity in Kingman, Arizona. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver specialized instruction to students with disabilities.
- Develop and implement IEPs.
- Monitor student progress and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and service providers.
- Participate in IEP meetings and student evaluations.
- Support students’ academic and behavioral goals.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education or related field.
- Valid Arizona State Special Education Teaching Certification required.
- Previous school-based experience preferred.
- Knowledge of IEP processes and special education regulations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
