Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to collaborate with teachers to develop LRE lessons and delivery
Ability to appropriately fulfill a school safety assessment
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This job operates at Kingman High School and Black Mountain School.

At Will Notice of Employment does not provide a guarantee of a particular schedule of work, or a minimum number of days or hours.
This is a 10-month, 40-hour per week benefited position. Employee will work ten hours per day Monday through Thursday. Extended work hours to meet deadlines may occasionally be required.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Fundamental knowledge of law enforcement and public safety
Ability to work with staff, students, and families to promote a positive image of law enforcement
Candidate must be active law enforcement or eligible for recertification
Two to three years' experience in related field.
Must either be an active or retired law enforcement officer that is in good standing with the Mohave County Sherriff's Office.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card with an IVP number through the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
