Experienced Financial Advisor - Independent Platform, Book Portability

Overview

Employment Type: W-2 Statutory Employee of National Life Group (Internal Revenue Code). Compensation is commission-based with no guaranteed base salary. Wealth Bridge Financial Group is the General Agency under which advisors are affiliated, providing infrastructure, training, override compensation, and access to the agency-provided benefits package.

Arizona captive and semi-captive firms operate on compensation structures and product shelves that have evolved. We offer a growth path for experienced Arizona professionals to move their book, retain 100% portability, and add a team-override compensation layer. The timeline from contract review to production is typically 30-45 days, subject to FINRA Form U5 release and background checks.

• Solicit life insurance or annuity contracts on a commission-based basis through a multi-carrier product shelf.
• Maintain and grow a client book of business with 100% book portability.
• Work within Wealth Bridge Financial Group’s infrastructure, training, and benefits package.
• Collaborate with Wealth Bridge leadership on business plans and growth opportunities.

• Active Arizona Life & Health insurance license.
• Series 6/7 + 63/66 preferred.
• 3+ years of financial services or insurance experience, or an equivalent production track record.
• Established Arizona client relationships and proven production history.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently.
• No binding non-solicitation restrictions, or a clear timeline for expiration.
• Ability to decide within 14-21 days after legal review.
