Skills Needed: - Western educated, trained and experienced Pharmacist with essential experience at managerial level;
-  Registered and Licensed Pharmacist;
-  Board Certified Pharmacist -Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) – or equivalent;
-  Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy;
-  Post-graduate specialist certification /training in Pharmacy- an advantage;
-   Minimum 7 years of clinical experience (post- graduation ) as a Pharmacy Specialist;
-   Minimum 5 years of current experience as a Chair/Chief/Director of Pharmacy Department or in a Leadership/ Managerial or Senior Medical Administrative position in the Pharmacy Department;

Skills Needed: Essential requirements:

Person Specifications:
• Western Board Certification mandatory.
• Preferred Specialization: Internal Medicine, Surgery, Emergency Medicine background.
• Additional Business Management or Medical Management advantageous.
• Robust clinical experience in Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia or USA essential.
• Over 5 years in CMO/Medical Director role in a hospital setting.
• Experience in JCIA or other healthcare accreditation mandatory.
• Proven experience in digital hospital, e-health, EMR management systems is essential.
• Inter-professional collaboration, teamwork and liasoning between Nursing and Physicians essential.
