I have three openings at this time. Two of them are from 6-2:30 and the other is 7-3:30. All three require working every other weekend.
I am only interested in ASCP MTs or MLS -- I am not interested in seeing resumes from MLTs.
Candidates must be generalists by background, as that is what they will be doing here. They will be cross-trained in every area. We especially prefer someone with good blood banking experience.
Regarding experience, ideally we would love a highly experienced tech, but we will consider new grads if they completed an internship.
We offer relocation assistance; the specific amount varies depending on the distance, with a maximum of $6,000.
We do not offer sign-on bonuses at this facility. Instead, we provide retention bonuses—$5,000 for signing an agreement to stay for 2 years. This bonus is paid after the first 90 days, provided their review is satisfactory.
