Travel Physical Therapist - Acute Care Hospital

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an acute care inpatient hospital position with weekend coverage and Meditech experience highly preferred.

Job Details

• Inpatient acute care hospital setting,

• Scheduled Friday through Monday each week to provide weekend coverage,

• Day shifts with 10-hour shifts from 7:30 to 18:00,

• Uses Meditech EMR, with prior experience highly preferred,

Job Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy license required if applicable,

• Two professional references required for consideration,

• Experience in an inpatient acute care hospital setting preferred,

• Familiarity with Meditech EMR highly preferred,

• Copy of driver's license and Social Security Number required,

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include providing physical therapy services to acute care patients during weekend shifts,

• Must complete modules as part of orientation, which are non-billable,

• Travel pairs are accepted for this position,

• Former permanent employees must wait 12 months before eligibility to return as travelers,

• Requested time off must be submitted with initial application,
