Travel RN - Med​/Surg

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN with an AZ or compact license for night shifts in a hospital setting.

Job Details

• Work in a hospital Medical Surgical (Med/Surg) unit,

• Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM,

• 13-week assignment,

• Meditech charting system is used, with experience highly preferred,

• Travel pairs are accepted,

Job Requirements

• Active AZ or compact RN license required,

• Recent Med/Surg nursing experience in a hospital setting required,

• Two professional references required for consideration,

• Experience with Meditech EMR highly preferred,

• Must provide copies of driver's license and Social Security card for consideration,

• Former permanent employees must wait 12 months before returning as travelers,

Additional Information

• Online modules are required and included as part of orientation,

• Med/Surg RNs are expected to provide comprehensive care to a diverse adult patient population,

• RTO (requested time off) must be submitted with application,

• Travelers may work in pairs,

• First-time travelers will be considered,
