Does candidate have 7 years recent experience?
Comfortable with MER documentation - Meditech?
Current PT License through the AZ Board of Physical Therapy?
Graduate of an APTA approved four year bachelor’s degree program, or foreign equivalent?
BLS?
Education/experience serving people with physical disabilities? (preferred)
