About the Job:
You are responsible for the economic management of the spa. You plan and manage the offers and programmes in the spa. You manage the spa staff and do the scheduling. You ensure quality standards. You organise and conduct training courses. You carry out treatments as well as product counselling and sales (depending on qualifications). You ensure integration into the overall team through cooperation and collaboration with other departments.
You also communicate with the guest outside the spa.
About You:
You have professional experience in the desired position. You have knowledge of business administration, ideally in the spa sector or a corresponding advanced training/study programme. You are creative and solution-orientated. You have good manners and a well-groomed appearance. Fluency in German and English, ideally knowledge of the local language. You also enjoy dealing with guests outside your area of expertise
