Retread Maintenance Technicians help drive the continued success of our Retread Centers by working safely and efficiently. They are responsible for functions related to retread maintenance, including power washing, preventive equipment maintenance, repairs, and inventory management. The role focuses on maintaining all equipment and facilities to meet customer demands. Success in this role involves learning new skills, providing excellent customer service, and fostering teamwork.

• Maintain a safe and clean facility, following safety practices to prevent accidents.
• Use PPE such as gloves, safety glasses, vests, harnesses, or seatbelts while operating equipment.
• Inspect and verify daily safety checks of equipment.
• Dismantle and repair or replace faulty components.
• Perform routine inspections of gearboxes, hydraulics, electrical systems, and frames.
• Diagnose malfunctions of machines, motors, pumps, transformers, and related components.
• Complete inspections and record data accurately.
• Perform routine facilities maintenance and repairs.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
• 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.

• Ability to operate facility equipment including computers, forklifts, floor scrubbers, and retreading machinery.
• Good communication skills, basic arithmetic, time management, organization, a positive attitude, sense of urgency, and strong work ethic.
• Frequently lift over 75 pounds.
• Manual dexterity for operating a computer and calculator.
