Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg unit in Arizona with BLS certification and telemetry experience.
Responsibilities- Work in a hospital Medical Surgical unit
- Patient ratios are 1:5-6
- Day shift position with three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 to 19:30
- Floating to other Med/Surg units may be required
- Every other weekend is required
- Charting is done in Meditech, with experience preferred but not required
- Orientation provided every Monday
- Possible remote telemetry monitoring responsibilities
- First time travelers and local candidates are accepted
- Two professional references are required for consideration
- Active AZ or compact RN license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience
- Experience with telemetry monitoring is required
