Direct Hire | Full-Time | Day Shift

A patient-focused healthcare organization in Kingman, Arizona is hiring an Operating Room Circulator Registered Nurse for a permanent, full-time role. This position offers consistent 10-hour shifts, strong compensation, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative surgical environment using modern charting systems. A $15,000 sign-on bonus and $4,000 relocation assistance are included.

• 4 shifts per week
• 10-hour shifts

• Salary range: $66,560 – $95,035 annually (based on experience)

• Serve as circulator for surgical procedures across specialties
• Prepare operating rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are ready
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure surgical safety protocols
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
• Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered
• Accurately document patient care in MEDITECH
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical teams
• Advocate for patient safety and quality standards

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• ACLQ Certification (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (Required)
