Registered Nurse – Observation Unit
Location: Kingman, AZ
Shift: Night Shift – 3x12 Hours (19:00 – 07:30)
Orientation: Every Monday
Charting System: Meditech (Preferred experience, but not required)
Additional Details:
Blocked scheduling cannot be guaranteed
Floating required to other Med-Surg units if needed
Weekend requirement:
Every other weekend
Requirements:
Certification: BLS required
Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent Med-Surg experience required
Must have Telemetry experience as there is potential for remote telemetry monitoring
Other Information:
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5–6
Local candidates and first-time travelers are accepted at the same rate
