As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in our Primary Care setting, you’ll provide hands‑on, full‑spectrum medical care to a diverse patient population. From managing chronic diseases to diagnosing acute illnesses, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping your community healthy. This role offers a meaningful mix of autonomy and team collaboration in a well‑established outpatient setting.

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams and interpret lab and diagnostic results
• Diagnose and treat acute conditions and minor injuries
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and heart disease
• Create evidence‑based treatment plans tailored to patient needs and histories
• Deliver compassionate, thorough care that addresses physical and emotional well‑being
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and nursing staff to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, side effects, and lifestyle changes
• Refer patients to specialists or coordinate hospital care as necessary
• Document all encounters and procedures in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Conduct preventive screenings and engage in wellness promotion activities
• Stay current with continuing education and clinical best practices
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and uphold all HIPAA regulations

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Arizona
• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
• DEA certification preferred
• No history of malpractice; must meet eligibility for payer credentialing
