Medical Solutions Direct Hire is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an Operating Room Circulator role in Kingman, Arizona. This position is a permanent, full‑time role with 10‑hour day shifts.
Position Overview- Permanent, full‑time role
- 40 hours per week
- Day shift, 10‑hour rotations (4 shifts per week)
- Operating Room setting using MEDITECH electronic medical record system
- 4 shifts per week
- 10‑hour shifts
- Annual salary: $66,560 – $95,035 (based on experience)
- $15,000 sign‑on bonus
- $4,000 relocation assistance
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Serve as circulator for surgical procedures across specialties
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are ready
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure surgical safety protocols
- Monitor patients before, during and after the procedures
- Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered
- Accurately document patient care in MEDITECH
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers and surgical teams
- Advocate for patient safety and quality standards
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
