AONL Nurse Leader
Competencies:
Demonstrates Communication & Relationship Management, Knowledge of the Healthcare Environment, Leadership, Professionalism, and Business Skills.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in critical care and 3 year in a leadership role.
Certification: BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross ACLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross with 3 months of hire date; if permitted through licensed scope of practice. Basic EKG competency
