Oncology RN
The Oncology Nurse oversees and delivers the care of the patient with hematologic/oncologic diagnoses within the statues of the Arizona State Nurse Practice Act. Works with and follows the clinical direction of the Medical Oncologist/Hematologist to provide cancer treatment care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing Patients
- Collects data and documents information within defined time frame
- Interprets clinical data to identify needs and evaluate responses
- Collects and documents pertinent data relative to patient care needs
Planning Care:
- Participates in identifying needs and delegating
