A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Arizona (or eligible for a compact state license) with at least an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN). Must have BLS certification and be willing to obtain ACLS, PALS, Client training, and TNCC within required time frames. Previous clinical experience is preferred, with at least one year of acute Med / Surg nursing experience encouraged. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, team-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking dedicated Emergency Department Registered Nurses to join our team in Arizona. This role involves providing high-quality, compassionate patient care in compliance with hospital standards and regulations. The ideal candidate is committed to patient-centered care, works effectively in a team environment, and remains calm under pressure. Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and implement appropriate nursing interventions
• Develop and evaluate patient care plans based on assessment data
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure quality care
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies
• Provide education and support to patients and families
• Ensure patient safety through evidence-based nursing practices

Qualifications

• Education:
  
  Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma program (BSN preferred)
• Licensure:
  Active Arizona RN license or compact state license (must obtain AZ license within 30 days of employment)
• Certifications:
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or client)
• ACLS & PALS (within 3 months), Client training (within 6 months), TNCC (within 24 months)
• De-escalation techniques training (within 3 months of hire)

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a clinical setting
• One year of acute Med/Surg nursing experience; CCRN or CEN certification encouraged
