The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

This role focuses on greeting, helping, and thanking customers, and preventing loss at the store entrances. Duties include verifying purchases, assisting with returned items, and keeping the entrances safe and secure.
