We are looking for an outgoing and energetic person to join our Residential Sales Team doing Door‑to‑Door sales.
Responsibilities- Hitting the Streets: Go door to door in assigned neighborhoods and attend local events, introducing residents to our state‑of‑the‑art fiber optic services.
- Building Rapport: Engage with potential customers, listen to and discover their needs, and explain how our services can better meet those needs than any other provider in the market.
- Demonstrating Value: Use your training and tools provided by ALLO to give clear and compelling demonstrations of our product’s benefits to bring exceptional service and value to our customers.
- Close sales: Have great conversations with prospective customers to close sales on the spot. Celebrate each win and use it as motivation to keep going!
- Following Up: Ensure customers have had a hassle‑free process and that we have provided exceptional service.
- Provide Feedback: As a critical part of our team, provide the marketing team with competitive insights based on what you’ve learned while working in the field.
- Travel: As a Residential Sales Representative, you may travel between markets. Expenses are covered and we provide you with an assigned company vehicle. Travel outside of your home market may include required hotel stays.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of previous sales experience
- Experience in telecommunications sales a plus but not required
- Experience in residential door‑to‑door sales preferred
- Outgoing and personable: enjoy talking to new people and can strike up a conversation with anyone.
- Self‑motivated: strong work ethic and driven by success, no constant supervision needed.
- Energetic and enthusiastic: positive attitude that is contagious, bringing energy to every interaction.
- Goal‑oriented: pursue a six‑figure income and set high goals for self‑achievement.
- Adaptable: ready to tackle new challenges and opportunities as they arise.
- Door‑to‑door position including both office and field time across multiple markets.
- Remain upright on feet for extended periods
- Move on foot up to 10 miles per day
- Ability to operate a computer
- Ability to work outdoors
- Possess/maintain a valid driver’s license
- 50% travel requirement
