Residential Sales Representative

We are looking for an outgoing, energetic person who loves meeting new people while working in dynamic environments and sustaining a non-traditional full-time work schedule. Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commission allowing unlimited income potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Hitting the Streets:
You’ll be going door to door in assigned neighborhoods and attending local events, introducing residents to our state-of-the-art fiber optic services.

Building Rapport:
Engage with potential customers, listen to, and discover their needs, and explain how our services can better meet those needs than any other provider in the market.

Demonstrating Value:
Use your training and tools provided by ALLO to provide clear and compelling demonstrations of our product’s benefits to bring exceptional service and value to our customers.

Close sales:
Have great conversations with prospective customers to close sales on the spot. Celebrate each win and use it as motivation to keep going!

Following Up:
Ensure customers have had a hassle-free process and that we have provided exceptional service.

Provide Feedback:
As a critical part of our team, you’ll also provide our marketing team with competitive insights based on what you’ve learned while working in the field.

EDUCATION/

EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of previous sales experience

Experience in telecommunications sales a plus but not required

Experience in residential door to door sales preferred SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This is a door to door position so will include in office and field time throughout multiple markets.

Travel outside of your home market, with some hotel stays required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Remain upright on feet for extended periods

Move on foot up to 10 miles per day Ability to operate a computer

Ability to work outdoors

Possess/maintain a valid driver's license
50% travel requirement
