Security Educator-Trainer

The Security Operations Educator/Trainer is responsible for the development, delivery, coordination, and documentation of security education, training, and competency programs across KHI facilities. This role serves as the enterprise lead for Workplace Violence Prevention (WPV) training, supporting a safe healthcare environment through standardized, risk-based education aligned with regulatory and organizational requirements.

The Lead Security Guard operates under Kingman Healthcare Incorporated policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Arizona Revised Statutes Title 32, Chapter 26. Lead Security Guards are not sworn law-enforcement officers and do not possess law-enforcement authority or expanded legal powers by virtue of their assignment. Authority is limited to enforcement of organizational policy, access control on private property, and coordination of law-enforcement response when appropriate.

Any use of force, temporary detention, or citizen's arrest must comply with Arizona law, Arizona Department of Public Safety requirements, and KRMC policy and training. Criminal investigations and arrests remain the responsibility of law-enforcement agencies.
