Lead HVAC Install Technician - Kingman

SIGN ON BONUS - $5,000! The sign on bonus is paid in installments at hire, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.

This applies to journeyman level technicians with 5+ years of experience. Candidates with less than 5 years of experience may qualify for a reduced bonus.

You will accurately and efficiently install top‑of‑the‑line heating and air equipment in our customers’ homes.

• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
• Ability to teach an apprentice the skills required to become a Lead Installer.
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
• Keep your truck inventory up to date.
• Properly complete paperwork.
• Join the on‑call rotation.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.

• Five years of HVAC installation experience.
• EPA certification with knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes.
• Proven track record in heating and cooling systems, including ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints, and other diagrams.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow‑through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
• Strong desire to be a better installer tomorrow than you are today.
