HVAC Lead Installer

We’re hiring an HVAC Lead Installer for our Kingman / Lake Havasu, AZ team. This is a career advancement opportunity for an experienced HVAC installer who is ready to mentor junior installers, lead by example in the field, and continue building toward future leadership opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations from start to finish
• Supervise and mentor your assigned installer partner
• Coach junior team members on installation best practices, quality standards, and efficiency
• Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field
• Calculate refrigerant charge when necessary
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers
• Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials for each job
• Complete job packets and collect monies due from customers when needed
• Maintain strong communication with dispatch, warehouse, leadership, and install teams
• Participate in ongoing technical and leadership training
• Support team excellence through leadership, accountability, and hands‑on coaching

• High School Diploma, or equivalent, required
• 2+ years of progressive experience as an HVAC Installer
• Active driver's license
• EPA Universal certification; additional HVAC‑related certifications preferred
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and assert yourself in a leadership role as needed

• Long periods of standing, bending, stooping, walking, and twisting
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
• Exposure to inclement weather conditions including excessive heat and cold

• Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 a year
• Relocation bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates
• Sign‑on bonus up to $7,500 (paid within the first 90 days)
