Maintenance Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 30.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:30pm)
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment, electrical systems, and automation controls.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, PLC, HMI, and process-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Install, repair, and maintain pumps, motors, piping, compressors, boilers, and other plant equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to complete maintenance tasks safely and accurately.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives while following all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout requirements.
Maintenance Technician
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and repair;
Allen-Bradley experience preferred. - Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, including motors, VFDs, pumps, and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, piping diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Experience with welding, pipe fitting, industrial safety practices (Lockout/Tagout), and working independently in a fast-paced production environment.
