Turner Mining Group is seeking Mining Haul Truck Drivers for their Kingman, Arizona operations. These Production Miners play a key role in safe and efficient mining operations, focusing on equipment operation, safety, and teamwork. • Willingness and ability to adhere to OSHA / MSHA regulatory requirements
• Valid and insurable driving license
• Ability to perform quality pre-operation machine inspections
• Physical ability to meet equipment manufacturer’s safety requirements (body weight under 330 pounds)
• Ability to kneel, crouch, squat, climb stairs and ladders repeatedly
• Strength to push and pull at least 55 pounds, lift up to 85 pounds, and carry weights over distances of at least 20 feet
• Strong communication skills and positive learning attitude
• Exemplary attendance, safety, and disciplinary record
• Flexibility on shift schedules (days and nights)

• 0-2 years’ experience in mining or heavy industry preferred
• Working knowledge of safety systems and processes
• Multi-lingual communication skills
