RISE is an innovative human services network established in 1987 that supports children, adults, and families across multiple states. We are seeking a Group Home Coordinator/Supervisor for our adult female-only /DD group home in Kingman, Arizona. The Coordinator is a safety-sensitive position that ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations, supports a high quality of life for residents, and provides leadership and support to Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and residents.
Responsibilities- Manage and support the residential group home program by implementing RISE mission, vision, and values, and positively impacting the support and running of the group home.
- Recruit, hire, coach, train, and supervise DSP staff, and provide performance management.
- Oversee and manage details of company and program records.
- Complete and maintain payroll and billing documentation accurately and within designated time frames.
- Ensure programs meet licensing/survey requirements and contractual compliance.
- Demonstrate competency in financial and budgetary issues.
- Assist residents with daily living supports, accessing the community, medication, and medical issues when indicated, and frequently interact with residents.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure support meets expectations of all policies and procedures.
- Comply with AZ Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities, and other relevant licensing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all RISE and AZ State DDD regulations and policies.

- Desire, interest, and experience in working with people with disabilities or special needs.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least two years of work and supervisory experience with an organization or agency providing home care support services.
- Experience providing person‑centered philosophy for people with developmental and physical disabilities in a long‑term setting.
- Dedication to quality support for individuals, self‑motivated, honest, dependable, and flexible.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Superb organization skills and strong attention to detail.
- Language ability (other than English) may be required to meet specific program needs.
- Ability to work flexible hours and be on call.
- Self‑directed and works with minimal supervision.
- Valid Arizona driver’s license, minimum twenty‑one years of age, and meet driver requirements as specified by RISE Insurance Agency.
- Successful background check, driving record check, and Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
